Artemis Marine Yachts
The boats are delivered with maximum fuel, and the client has to return the boat full (refill at Porto Heli port on client cost). Check in and check out is arranged at Porto Heli port or at the coastal area indicated and agreed with the client. In case of check-in at Spetses port, the boat is transferred from Porto Heli with our skipper and the client needs to return the skipper back to his base at Porto Heli.
The boats are fully equipped with the obligatory life jackets and emergency flairs, appropriate engine power, secondary auxiliary safety engine, fuel tanks with reserve switch, fire extinguisher, cruising instruments, compass, electronic GPS-Plotter, cruising lights and mooring lights, anchor, swimming platform with ladder, radio-CD player (depending on the model), sun tent and cruising tent.
Before departing with the selected boat, we have to keep record of your id, boat driver’s license and credit card, which are absolutely required.
Damages to the boats and engines are covered by insurance company, however, according to their policy, there is a 2.500 € or 5.000 € for twin engines deductible, that is on your account and will be charged directly to your credit card or payed with cash by the client.
Full payment has to be made before the boat leaves the port on first day. Prices mentioned exclude VAT 24%. The client has to respect the maximum persons’ capacity of the boat and drives at his own risk in the case of overloading.
In the event of a cancellation due to boat malfunction or any circumstance caused by Artemis Marine, and if no alternative date or boat can serve the renter, Artemis Marine shall refund any down payment at 100%. If the renter returns the boat earlier than the number of already reserved dates, there will be no refund. If the renter cancels a reservation, any down payment is not refunded.
All personal information is deleted upon completion of the trip and no personal information is stored in our databases.
